The U.S. Jobs Report moves the market like clockwork. Major indexes like the S&P 500 or the COMPQ Index regularly see 1-2% intraday swings on these days.

MEASURE THE POTENTIAL MOVE & FOLLOW THE TREND:- If the market’s bullish, snag some call options "At the Money" on ETFs like SPY or QQQ.
- If bearish, grab "PUT options" or inverse ETFs like SQQQ.
